1. About Artizanist

Artizanist sells digital downloadable artwork intended for personal use. Upon completing a purchase, you will receive a download link to access your digital file(s), which you may print yourself for personal display or gifting purposes, subject to the license terms below.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an order.

3. Digital Products and Delivery

  • All products sold on artizanist.store are digital files delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped.
  • Download links are provided immediately after successful payment, typically via email and/or an order confirmation page.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure you have compatible software and hardware to open and print the files.
  • We recommend downloading and saving your files promptly, as download links may expire or have limited access attempts.

4. License to Use Purchased Artwork

When you purchase a digital file from Artizanist, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Download and print the artwork for personal, non-commercial use
  • Display the printed artwork in your home or give it as a personal gift

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the digital file itself with others
  • Use the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., selling printed copies, using it in merchandise, branding, advertising, or client work) without a separate commercial license
  • Claim the artwork as your own original work
  • Modify and redistribute the artwork as a new digital product
  • Upload the file to other print-on-demand platforms, stock sites, or marketplaces

All artwork remains the intellectual property of Artizanist or its respective artists. Purchasing a file transfers a license to use, not ownership of the underlying artwork or copyright.

5. Payments

  • All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment must be completed in full before access to the digital download is granted.
  • We use a third-party payment processor to handle transactions. We do not store your full payment card details.

6. Refunds

Digital product purchases are subject to our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, refunds are limited to cases of defective files, wrong items, duplicate charges, or non-delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including artwork previews, logos, text, graphics, and site design — is the property of Artizanist or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.
